Join me at Roker Beach on Saturday 18th April for Daybreak

A morning of mindfulness, meditation, gratitude, and gentle rituals to release what no longer serves you and make space for what lights you up ✨

Let’s create, manifest, and move into the day with intention 🤍

Optional: a refreshing sea dip to complete the session, or stay cosy by the fire and soak it all in.

Ticket: £12 (plus booking fee) per person

Optional Sea Dip

You will need to bring a mat/chair to lay/sit on, a blanket for extra warmth. Wear something super warm and cosy, layers are great. If you're joining for the dip then a change of clothes if needed, as well as a bottle of room temp water to rinse after, but most importantly an inflating float for your safety.
