Welcome, Goddesses, to this sacred day for women to connect, uplift and celebrate each other. We will gather together in a ritual space to practise yoga, somatic movement and meditation; to share and celebrate each other; and to cultivate an overflowing cup of nourishment, joy and peace to take back into our families and communities.This gathering will be an opportunity to remind ourselves and each other of what really matters. It’s our deep, sacred space to move together, breathe together, lean in together, and drop into stillness together.

My intention with this workshop is to create a space for women to truly, deeply nourish themselves and each other, and to top up their heart-energy, which then naturally flows back to their loved ones, their children, and the amazing men in their lives.” – Sarah
