Duration: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- 9:30 AM - Meet at Plymouth Community Center
- 9:45 AM - Depart for Valleyfair
- 10:30 AM - Arrive at Valleyfair, group check-in & safety briefing
- 10:45 AM - 12:30 PM - Soak City time
- 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM - Lunch break (food provided or vouchers)
- 1:30 PM - 5:00 PM - Ride time / game time (amusement park)
- 5:00 PM - Group meet-up, head to parking lot
- 5:15 PM - Depart Valleyfair
- 6:00 PM - Arrive back at Plymouth Community Center
Event chaperone(s) will be onsite in the park (in accordance with Valleyfair's Chaperone Policy) and kids will be permitted to explore rides and attractions as part of a group, on their own, or with a chaperone.

Important Informaton
Weather Policy: This event runs rain or shine (activities will be adjusted for weather). In case of severe weather, we will contact you by 8:00 AM on event day with alternative plans or rescheduling options.
Dietary Accommodations: Please notify us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions at registration.
Photography: Photos will be taken during the event and shared with families afterward (opt-out available).
Cancellation Policy: Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before event. 50% refund if cancelled 3-6 days before. No refund within 48 hours of event.
Safety & Supervision
- All staff are background-checked and trained in youth supervision
- 1:12 maximum staff-to-participant ratio
- Emergency contact information required at registration
- First aid kit and emergency protocols in place
- Parents receive check-in text upon arrival at the park and departure
