Day Trip to Birling Gap (with a view over the Seven Sisters)

Our trip to Birling Gap will be by minibus so please book early to get a seat.

Meet at 9:00am at GSA. Be prepared for the weather (check the day before!), bring your own lunch or money to purchase and be ready for a 90 minute car journey to get to the car park of Birling Gap.

The day will involve some walking for those who would like to explore along the coastline, or, for those who just enjoy relaxing with a view of the sea, you can do just that too. We will also spend an hour exploring a small village called Alfriston on the way back to Guildford. Details of timings will be sent to those attending nearer the day.

We will aim to get you back to campus for 6pm but are advertising 7pm due to the possibility of traffic delays on the day.

Please be aware that there has been erosion at Birling Gap which means access to the beach and sea from the cliff tops may be inaccessible on the day.
