Welcome to a day retreat with SelfCareTo and The Feelosophy!
Have you always wanted to join a retreat, but going away for a week or weekend doesn't work?
Join us on Sun, May 26, 2024 at Toronto Island Oasis for a day of relaxation, self-care, and mindfulness.
Leave the city, immerse yourself in nature, slow down, all within a ferry ride to Toronto Island.
We will gather and intentionally connect to our breath, our bodies, our stories. Chantée and Ashley will weave psychotherapy and yoga into the day, providing you with multiple tools so that you leave feeling supported.
Treat yourself to a day of rejuvenation and connection with like-minded individuals. We can't wait to see you there!
Schedule:
11 am: Arrive
11:30 am Meditation and Yoga
1:00 Group Workshop on connecting to who we are, and who we want to become
Lunch
3:00 Breathwork
4:00 Ceremony
Participants with insurance coverage may be able to claim the retreat as a group therapy expense.
Welcome coffee/tea, vegetarian lunch and snacks will be provided.
Toronto Island is accessed via ferry from Jack Layton Ferry Terminal or a private water taxi. Take the ferry or private water taxi to Wards Island. Toronto Island Oasis is a short walk from either drop off point. We will meet as a group and walk over together.
