Through guided meditation, contemplative practice, Dharma talks, and shared silence, you will learn how to meet difficulties with wisdom, compassion, and inner strength. To conclude the day, we will enjoy a beautiful sound healing session with Lori Lea, allowing deep relaxation and integration of the day’s practice.
