· Wet suits or dry suits are compulsory for all users, except keelboat sailors, from the 1st November to the 30th April.

· Keelboat sailors are advised to wear lifejackets although buoyancy aids are acceptable. If sailing alone an auto inflating lifejacket is compulsory.

· All users must wear appropriate clothing for the activity.

· Solo paddleboarding and kayaking and sailing is not recommended.

· All users must be able to self-rescue.
