• Try-a-Triathlon
300m swim, 10km cycle, 3km run
•Duathlon Individual & Relay
5km run, 20km cycle, 3km run
• Family Relay
200m swim, 6km cycle, 2km run
• Kids Of Steel (KOS) Triathlon Male (Distances depending on age - please see website)
