The LARS Permanent Supportive Housing Program provides high-quality affordable housing to chronically homeless and disabled individuals and their families. LARS leases apartments throughout the Laurel area to transition households from living on the streets, in shelters, in cars, or in other dangerous conditions into their own homes. Participants live independently and obtain weekly case management and other support as needed from LARS Staff. The program houses 18 children. This holiday season Oliver's has committed to helping provide these children with a holiday to remember.
