David's Determination Fundraising Evening

Join us for a very special evening as our community comes together to support David & his family, who are facing unimaginable challenges after a devastating accident earlier this year.

In July, while on holiday with his wife Elly and their two young children, David suffered a life-changing accident that left him paralysed from the neck down. He is currently undergoing rehabilitation at the spinal unit in Salisbury, while Elly is bravely facing her own battle undergoing cancer treatment 100 miles away. Their children are navigating an entirely new world, and as a family they are enduring an incredibly difficult time.

Heartbroken when they heard what had happened, Jess, Nat & Vicky, members of Winners 2000 Gym where David trained, wanted to do something meaningful to help. They know many others feel the same and want to show their support too, so they have organised this event to bring everyone together and raise as much as possible to help the family with the lifelong 24/7 care costs, house adaptations & equipment needs David will now have.

DRESS CODE: If you want to use the evening as an excuse to get glammed up & do black tie & dresses, go for it! If you would prefer to go more low key, that's totally fine too. It's more important to us (& David & his family) that you are there. All we ask is that you are "smart" so no jeans, shorts, t-shirts etc please.

Whether you know David personally or not everyone is welcome; friends, colleagues, gym members, or anyone who simply wants to do something amazing to help a local family in need - and have fun doing it. This night is about community & showing David & his family that they are not alone in this, we are there to support them in any way we can.

So please, get involved. Book a ticket, bring partners/friends/colleagues, share with your networks & help us make this a really memorable & impactful night.

TICKETS:

Tickets are £45 per person plus booking fee. You can book any number of tickets though we have had some enquiries about booking tables. If you would like to book a table, each table seats 10 people so the total cost would be £450 plus booking fee. When you book, please email Jess at [email protected] to provide the names of the people who will be on your table so we can allocate their seats.

RAFFLE/AUCTION:

If you would like to contribute a prize to the raffle or a bigger prize for the auction, that would be amazing!! Please email Jess at [email protected] with the details & as a thank you for your generosity we will publicly shout you/your business out on socials & at the event.
