DAVID KEENAN is a songwriter, musician and composer from Dundalk, County Louth in Ireland.
Keenan has spent his life forging his own artistic path driven to write lyrical songs that play out like stories, soulful outsider anthems that celebrate the sacred and profane and aren't afraid to cut to the core of things.
“Modern Mythologies” is the fourth studio album from Irish singer, songwriter, poet & composer, David Keenan.
The album is a testament to an inventive storytelling tradition, told through the lens of a modern world and David will be performing tracks from the album on the night
His live shows are praised for their soaring ability to uplift and connect audiences, whether solo with guitar and piano or with a full band, he’s one of those rare raw voices to be heard and felt and we are very much looking forward to welcoming David to the Linenhall Arts Centre here in Castlebar for the first time this April.
