FREE concert by Fond du Lac native David Heller, who has risen to prominence as an outstanding organist in the United States and beyond. The American Organist has described him as “an eloquent performer,” and his playing as “an excellent demonstration of outstanding music making on a contemporary American organ.” He has performed extensively throughout the United States and in Canada, France, Germany, Guatemala, Mexico, and South Korea. Dr. Heller holds degrees from Lawrence University and the Eastman School of Music, which awarded him the Performer’s Certificate in Organ. He has been on the music faculty at Trinity University in San Antonio TX since 1986 and currently serves as Associate Organist at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in San Antonio.
The public is welcome. A free-will offering will be apppreciated.
