David Broad & The Meanwood Valley Stompers play all kinds of traditional American music: swing, blues, gospel, ragtime, sometimes even a bit of country.

Influences range from Louis Armstrong and Billie Holiday to Blind Blake and Robert Johnson and feature members who have played in bands such as TC and the Swing Cats, Hailbails, the Lodger and the Lovesick Cowboys.
