Join us for Messy Makers, a fun and creative playgroup designed especially for children aged 18 months to 5 years old. Each session gives little ones the chance to explore, create, and discover through messy play and sensory activities. From squishing and splatting to mixing and exploring textures, children can enjoy hands-on experiences that encourage curiosity, creativity, and early learning.
Messy play helps support fine motor skills, imagination, and confidence, while giving your child the freedom to explore in a safe, welcoming environment. Best of all – the mess stays with us, not in your home!
Come along, let your toddler dive into the fun, and watch them become a true Messy Maker.
What is Messy Makers?
Messy Makers is a fun playgroup for children aged 18 months to 5 years old, focused on messy play and sensory exploration. Children can explore textures, colours, and creative activities in a safe and welcoming environment.
What are the benefits of messy play?
Messy play encourages creativity, confidence, and problem-solving. It also supports fine motor skills, language development, and sensory awareness – all while letting little ones have fun!
Do I need to stay with my child?
Yes. Parents and carers are expected to stay and supervise their children during the session.
What should my child wear?
We recommend old clothes that you don’t mind getting messy, plus a spare change of clothes just in case. Aprons may be provided, but things can still get mucky!
This group is specifically for little one's aged 18 months to to 5 years old. Any bookings for children outside of that age will be cancelled.
