Trio Paradis (Jacquelyn Bevan - piano, Ruth O’Shea - violin & Linda Stocks - cello) play a Café Concert at St Michael’s at 3.30pm on the last Friday of each month: informal music events which are 'pay-what-you-feel' via a retiring collection, to ensure all can attend.February’s concert is a collection of music by women composers to mark International Women’s Day (8th March). The programme includes the Phantasy Trio by Irish composer Joan Trimble, and works by Elfrida Andrée, Nadia Boulanger, Adela Maddison and Dora Pejacevic.
Concerts last c45mins. Refreshments - tea, coffee & cakes - are available in the church café before the concert. An RSVP via our website is very much appreciated, though not essential.
