About this Event
Dating App Detox is a social fitness event at IronBody Studios designed to get you moving, mingling, and meeting new people in a relaxed, low-pressure environment. The format is open gym style, with guided partner workouts and spotting setups that make it easy to interact, team up, and start conversations naturally. Ages 25-45.
No awkward icebreakers—just good energy, shared effort, and a fun way to connect.
Whether you're single, taken, or somewhere in between—you’re welcome here. If you’re in a relationship, you can absolutely come support your single friends. We’ll have a simple way to indicate if you’re not looking to date, so everyone can feel comfortable and on the same page.
