Info: This session aims to de-stigmatize therapy and simplify the process of finding a therapist, offering tips, resources, and questions to assess fit. It introduces attachment theory and how past protective patterns can affect dating, emphasizing that people aren’t “broken”—their old strategies may just no longer fit current goals. It also gives therapist-informed guidance for healthier dating: clarifying boundaries, focusing on what you can control, relying on a broad support system, and managing vulnerability, rejection, and people-pleasing.
