In this hands-on class, Chef Instructor Shawnie Kelley leads you through a curated Italian menu built on classic methods and clean execution. Dinner is served with wine in our Heidelberg Mixology Lab, adding a refined, social finish to the experience.
This class is structured for pairs but works just as well for friends. The focus stays on practical skills you can repeat at home. Expect clear instructions, active cooking, and a paced workflow from start to finish.
