Join us in the heart of charming Damascus as a vendor for one of our town’s most beloved holiday celebrations. This festive event is filled with Christmas cheer—twinkling lights, holiday music, visits from Santa, delicious seasonal treats, and joyful community spirit.
As a vendor, you’ll have the perfect opportunity to showcase and sell your items in a beautifully decorated holiday setting, complete with special surprises around every corner. We’re excited to celebrate the season with you and make this year’s event the most magical yet!
Details:
Event Dates:
- December 5, 2026 (this is the ticket you are purchasing through this request)
- November 28, 2026 (under a separate Eventbrite ticket - needs to be purchased)
If you want two booths on the same day, you must purchase two tickets for that date.
- Booths are assigned on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
Event Time:
- 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Setup begins at 10:00 AM
- Vendors are expected to remain open until the event ends at 6:00 PM.
Booth Specifications:
- Each space is 11x11.
- Vendors must bring their own tent, tables, chairs, and supplies.
- This is an outdoor Christmas Market–style event.
Electricity:
- Electricity is NOT guaranteed. Please plan accordingly (battery lighting, etc.).
Holiday Décor:
- All vendors are asked to decorate their booths with Christmas or holiday-themed décor to help create a festive market experience.
Weather & Refunds:
- This event is rain or shine.
- All vendor registrations are non‑refundable.
Marketing & Promotion:
- Damascus, The Damascus Old Mill Inn, and local businesses will promote the event.
- Vendors are encouraged to share and advertise as well to help create the most successful turnout for everyone.
Event Highlights: Vendor Christmas Market, Photos with Santa, Live Music, Food, Charity Event, a Christmas Tree Lighting, fire pits and more... We will continue to add details to our Facebook page. This will be a Damascus-wide small town Christmas.
