On Wednesday, November 6th, 7p - 8:30p DASHI welcomes you to our Fall-Winter Cocktail Menu '24 DEMO DAY exhibition to roll out our bar program's newest seasonal cocktails, beer, wine, & saké. The DASHI bar team is tasked with curating a seasonal menu through the Fall & Winter months, taking into consideration each ingredient, cost, logistics, ordering pars, seasonality, and of course, guest satisfaction!
