Dash For Down Syndrome raises funds and awareness for the Eastern Idaho Down Syndrome Family Connect organization. This is a day of celebration for the local Down syndrome community, their families, and supporters. We want to thank all of the sponsors, volunteers, and individuals that make this race possible.EVENT INFORMATIONWe are excited for race day, August 23, 2025, and can't wait to see you there! Our in-person race will be held at Snake River Landing in Idaho Falls!!!
REGISTER EARLY!!! The 1st 900 people who register are guaranteed a SWAG BAG!
Any 10K and 3.21 Mile participants registered BEFORE July 20th will be guaranteed a race t-shirt (or if you order an add-on shirt before July 20th).
Any participants registering after July 20th will NOT be guaranteed a race t-shirt.
We will have medals at the finish line of each race. You also MUST HAVE YOUR BIB ON when you cross the finish line to receive your official medal!
