The DASA DevOps Coach™ course is a 2-day immersive, activity-driven program designed to prepare professionals to work effectively as DevOps Coaches within teams and organizations. This course focuses on developing the mindset, behaviors, and competencies required to coach teams toward high performance, continuous improvement, and successful DevOps adoption.

Participants will learn how to guide teams through performance and change, apply proven coaching models, foster feedback cultures, and support organizational DevOps transformations.
