Darkness into Light is a powerful community walk that begins in the darkness of early morning & finishes as the sun rises, a symbol of hope for anyone affected by suicide or struggling with their mental health. Every step we take together helps raise vital funds & awareness for suicide prevention & mental health support. But more than that - it reminds people that no one has to face the darkness alone 💛
