The Dark of the Moon occurs the day before the new moon, when the moon’s light is absent from the sky.
This is a time of letting go, resting and receiving.
Our sacred purpose is to bring rest to the whole body so that it can recover its energy to allow its creative spark to be re-nourished and re-vitalised again.
The stillness and quietness of a Yin therapeutic Yoga practice is deeply restorative, helping you move inward to create space to slow down, rest, and re-gather your energy and focus. 🕊️💖
