Join Joleen for this special new event! The Dark Moon occurs just prior to the New Moon and is known as a time for release and meditation prior to moving into the next moon phase.In Yin Yoga, poses are held for 1-2 minutes, complimented by breath and deep introspection. We will honor our inner selves with an hour Yin practice followed by drawing of a Dark Moon Oracle card and meditation.
Feel free to bring a blanket and a journal to make any notes for yourself. You can also bring your own yoga mat or use one provided by the store.
The cost is $15 payable in cash or Zelle day of event.
