4. Registration & Participation Process
1. Purchase a ticket for the tournament.
2. You will receive a registration email from Think Complexion.
3. Complete the mandatory registration form, providing:
Full name
Correct Lichess username
Active mobile number
4. Players without a Lichess account will receive instructions for account creation.
5. A QR code for payment will be shared.
6. After successful payment and form submission:
You will be added to the official Think Complexion Chess WhatsApp Community / Tournament Group.
7. IMPORTANT:
The tournament code/link will be shared ONLY in this WhatsApp group.
Players who do not submit the form or are not added to the group will NOT receive the code.
8. Tournament entries close automatically at 8:30 PM.
9. Join the tournament before 9:30 PM sharp.
5. Tournament Rules & Fair-Play Guidelines
The tournament follows a 5-minute Arena format.
Players may play unlimited games during the event window.
Only one Lichess account per player is permitted.
The same username must be used:
During registration
In the tournament
Username or identity mismatch may lead to immediate disqualification.
Strictly prohibited:
Chess engines
External assistance
Multiple accounts
Any unfair or manipulative behavior
All games will be thoroughly reviewed using:
Automated fair-play systems
Manual analysis by the Think Complexion team
6. Results, Verification & Prizes
The player with the highest Arena score will be declared the provisional winner.
Final standings are confirmed only after complete fair-play analysis.
Winner Prize: ₹1100
Top 3 Players: Digital E-certificates
Official results will be announced on 22 December 2025 at 10:00 AM by Think Complexion.
Any violation detected before or after the event may result in disqualification and prize cancellation.
7. Refund Policy
Entry fees are non-refundable by default.
Refunds will be processed only if:
A technical issue, misuse, or fault is confirmed from Think Complexion’s side.
No refunds will be provided if a participant:
Violates tournament rules
Uses multiple accounts
Cheats or seeks unfair advantage
Submits incorrect or mismatched details
Disqualified players may be banned from future Think Complexion tournaments.
8. Communication Policy
All official announcements, updates, and the tournament code will be shared only via the Think Complexion WhatsApp community/group.
Players are responsible for staying updated.
Failure to join or monitor the group will not be the organizer’s responsibility.

Q1. Is the tournament open to all players?
Yes. There is no rating restriction.
Q2. How will I receive the tournament code?
Only through the official Think Complexion WhatsApp group.
Q3. Is registration form submission mandatory?
Yes. Without form submission, access will not be granted.

No. Username mismatch may lead to disqualification.
