Part I – Embodiment Journey with Emma GwendolynEmma will guide you through a deep, sensory experience to meet your Dark Feminine archetype. Through journal prompts, group discussion and guided embodiment techniques, movement, and creative visualisation, you’ll:

• Explore what your Dark Feminine energy means to you
• Learn how connecting with her can help you feel more confident, centered, and magnetic in daily life
• Begin to bring her alive with Burlesque elements and embodying your posture, presence, and power.

Part II – Pole Dance with GEM After awakening your inner goddess, GEM will lead a fun, Pole Dance choreography with a - Rock'n'Roll Vixen - vibe. This choreography is suitable for all levels, whether you’ve never touched a pole before or are an experienced dancer. Her choreography fuses playfulness, sensuality, and empowerment to help you embody your Dark Feminine in it's full expression.

• Comfortable clothes for the embodiment and journaling part
• A notebook and pen for journaling
• Water bottle
• Dark Feminine Goddess Costume - since the pole choreography has a - Rock'n'Roll Vixen - vibe you are welcome to come in your glam rock gear. Or anything you feel powerful in.

No prior experience with Pole Dance, Burlesque or The Dark Goddess work is necessary to embark upon this journey. All women who feel called to go deep within or explore their Dark Goddess are so very welcome to join in this transformative workshop.
