About this Event
Where do you want to be braver?
Join this interactive Dare to Lead™ workshop program focused on how we can be brave leaders who create courageous cultures. Leaders who know how to have hard conversations, take smart risks that lead to innovation, reset quickly after disappointments and setbacks, hold themselves and others accountable, lead with empathy and connection, and give and receive feedback - especially when it's tough.
Based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, Dare to Lead™ is an empirically based courage-building program...what Brené refers to as a “skill-based playbook for leaders.” The most significant finding from her latest research is that courage is a collection of four skill sets that are teachable, measurable, and observable. These skill sets are:
- Rumbling with Vulnerability: Facing risk, uncertainty, and emotional exposure with courage and clarity.
- Living into our Values: Identifying, operationalizing, and practicing the beliefs that we hold most important.
- BRAVING Trust: Creating or deepening connections in relationships and teams based on the seven elements of trust.
- Learning to Rise: Learning and growing from the failures, setbacks, and disappointments that are inevitable when we are brave with our lives.
These are highly interactive sessions using group discussions, individual reflections, and small group practice. Space is limited to ensure a collaborative learning environment.
Individuals who successfully complete the full Dare to Lead™ program are allowed to put the Dare to Lead™ Trained badge on their LinkedIn account.

Testimonials
"Nicole was an excellent facilitator, she left us feeding heard and respected. It was amazing to build connections with like minded individuals."
"From the very first session, Nicole created a container where I felt safe to be vulnerable and leave my armor behind. I really enjoyed breaking out into the same small group of three people each week and I value the unique perspectives that the other participants shared, especially those that were completely different from my own.
I am also thrilled that as a result of going through this program I have finally been able to tear up a shitty first draft that I've been holding onto for years as create a new story that helps me to feel empowered moving forward."
