•• Danse ANIMA ••Une expérience de mouvement en co-création avec la musique live improvisée par des artistes du Jamhouse Collective.
Danse ANIMA (anciennement « Into the Field») est un voyage mensuel de 2 heures au cœur des architectures invisibles que nous tissons ensemble par l’écoute et le mouvement. Un espace où la musique et le mouvement naissent dans le dialogue—chacun menant, chacun recevant, chacun transformant l’autre.
Pour guider l’entrée dans cette expérience de mouvement, Valerie Sabbah (Moment Collectives), propose une préparation incarnée, vous invitant à vous ancrer, à vous relâcher et à vous accorder à votre danse. Les musicien.ne.s de Jamhouse, ouvert.e.s et présent.e.s, interagiront avec vous et entre eux pour soutenir un champ continu d’écoute et de jeu profond — vivant, réactif et en constante évolution.
Ensemble, danseu.rs.ses et musicien.ne.s entrent dans un écosystème accordé — un champ façonné par l’impulsion, la résonance et la réponse. Ni performance ni "dance party", c'est une pratique partagée de présence radicale, d’incarnation et de co-création. C’est un espace où l’attention devient une forme de soin, où la liberté habite le corps, et où l’expression se déploie sans pression ni étiquette.
Ce qui se déroule est unique, ressenti et réel — une composition collective, une partition vivante de résonance mutuelle. Que vous soyez en mouvement, dans l’immobilité, en observation ou en immersion, Danse ANIMA offre un espace collectif dynamique pour jouer, ressentir, écouter et se connecter.
🕕 PROGRAMME
19 h 00 — Ouverture des portes, arrivée, socialisation
19 h 20 — Cercle d’ouverture, préparation guidée au mouvement, expérience de mouvement libre
Les portes ferment à 19 h 20 précises afin que nous puissions commencer ensemble (il s’agit d’un espace fermé, vous devez donc arriver avant le début du cercle d’ouverture).
21 h 20 — Résonance finale, cercle de clôture
22 h 00 — Départ

Intensité : faible à modérée (avec des moments d’expression plus dynamique)
Cette pratique comprend :
- mouvement et immobilité
- improvisation basée sur l’écoute
- interaction avec la musique live
- exploration en solo et en groupe
- éléments réflexifs et rituels
Les participant·e·s sont encouragé·e·s à bouger à leur propre rythme et à s’engager selon leurs capacités.

A movement experience in co-creation with live improvised music by artists of the Jamhouse Collective.
Danse ANIMA (formerly "Into the Field") is a monthly 2-hour journey into the invisible architectures we weave together through listening and moving. A space where music and movement arise in dialogue—each leading, each receiving, each transforming the other.
Guiding the entry into this movement experience, Valerie Sabbah will lead an embodied preparation, inviting you to ground, soften, and tune in to your dance. Jamhouse musicians, open and present, will engage with you and with one another to hold a continuous field of deep listening and playing —alive, responsive, and evolving in the moment.
Together, movers and musicians, enter an attuned ecosystem—a field shaped by impulse, resonance, and response. Neither a performance nor a dance party, this is a shared practice of radical presence, embodiment and co-creation. It is a space where attention is a form of care, where freedom lives in the body, and where expression becomes possible without pressure or label.
What unfolds is unrepeatable, felt, and real— a collective composition, a living score of mutual resonance. Whether you're moving, still, witnessing, or simply soaking in the experience, Danse ANIMA offers a dynamic collective space to play, feel, listen and connect.

7:00 PM — Doors open, arrival, socializing
7:20 PM — Opening circle, Guided Movement Preparation, Free movement experience
* doors close at 7:20pm sharp so we can begin together (this is a closed container, so you must arrive by the time the opening circle begins)
9:20 PM — Final resonance, Closing Circle
10:00 PM — Departure

Intensity: Low to moderate (with moments of dynamic expression)
This practice includes:
- movement and stillness
- listening-based improvisation
- live music interaction
- solo and group exploration
- reflective and ritual elements
Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace and engage according to their capacity.
