Vi danser sommerens livskraft frem tirsdag d. 16/6,7/7, 14/7 kl. 19-20 (English text below). 🎶🌊🌞Dansene er primært improviserede med plads til både at mærke indad og finde dit eget flow og til at åbne udad i fælles danse og forbinde dig til naturens elementer: træerne omkring os, havets bølger, vinden i håret eller hvad der nu rør sig i os og omkring os i nuet.
Der vil være en let guidning, som du kan lade dig inspirere af. Playlisten rummer musiknumre fra forskellige verdensdele og varierer mellem vilde og stille numre.
Alle fra 16 år er velkomne. Det kræver ingen andre forudsætninger at deltage end lyst til at danse.
Tilmelding først gyldig efter SMS MED DIT NAVN+MAIL til tlf 61 60 29 59 senest samme dag kl 12.
Jeg mailer en faktura til din mail, så du kan betale via erhvervs MobilePay (ikke mit tlfnr) eller bankoverførsel.
Hvis du har lyst til også at deltage i Qi gong er det muligt samme sted og dage fra kl 17.15-18.15.

Medbring vand og kom i tøj, der passer til vejret (gerne lag på lag) og samtidig er behageligt at danse i.
Tag gerne te/kaffe/snacks og evt håndklæde og badetøj med til før/ efter dansen.
Der er toiletbygninger 3 min gang fra dansestedet.

Let's dance and get in touch with the power of the summer. Tuesdays the 16/6+7/7+14/7 at 19.00-20.00 o'clock..
The dances are primarily improvised with opportunities both to feel inwards and find your own flow and to open outwards in shared dances and connect with the elements of nature: the trees around us, the waves of the ocean, the wind in our hair or whatever is moving in us and around us in the present.
There will be a light guide that you can be inspired by. The playlist contains music from different parts of the world and varies between wild and quiet music.
Everyone from 16 years old is welcome. There are no other prerequisites to participate other than a desire to dance.
Registration is only valid after SMS WITH YOUR NAME+E-MAIL to tel. 61 60 29 59 no later than the same day at 12 p.m.
I will email an invoice to your email so you can pay via business MobilePay (not my phone number) or bank transfer.
If you would like to also participate in Qi gong, it is possible at the same place and days from 5:15 PM-6:15 PM.

Bring water and wear clothes that suit the weather (preferably layers) and are comfortable to dance in.
Please bring tea/coffee/snacks and possibly a towel and swimsuit for before/after the dance.
There are toilet buildings 3 minutes walk from the dance venue.
