JazzConnect 2025: Beachside jazz, all weekend long from 29-31 August. 17 performances across 10 iconic Scarborough venues.~~
Emily Gelineau and Danilo Da Paz take audiences on a musical journey across continents – from Brazil to France, Argentina and beyond.
Drawing on their recent travels and deep love of global music traditions, the duo blends jazz with Brazilian choro, samba and bossa nova, as well as Argentinian tango and French chanson.
With Emily on violin and vocals, and Danilo on accordion and guitar, their performances are rich in rhythm, colour and cross-cultural connection – a unique and intimate sound you won’t hear anywhere else.
