Set in the world of Eberron, players begin as scavengers in the post-apocalyptic Mournland and progress to a world-spanning adventure.The campaign features a mix of pulp action, espionage, and role-playing, with characters delving into dangerous, magically-warped ruins to find artifacts, while getting caught in the machinations of various factions and the ancient Draconic Prophecy.
A core part of the campaign is the discovery and use of the titular "Oracle of War," a device that holds secrets to overcoming enemies and the mysteries of the setting.
