Join us in January for another Dancing Your Depths gathering, an intentional movement practice for people to sink deep into self-expression and creative expansion.
*Please note the slight time adjustment for January (start time is 4:15)*
Supported by a curated menu of music of all genres and lightly guided with somatic cues and imagery, those who step into this space will have permission to explore their depths through an embodied practice of listening, delving, immersing, emerging, and integrating. No dancing experience is necessary to participate—only an open mind and curiosity about what moves you.
This is a free-form movement practice with no steps or choreography but is scaffolded by a loose framework that serves as a container for our explorations. Metaphors, imagery, somatic prompts, and using imagination on the dance floor are all tools used to find new ways to tap into our deepest and most expansive self.
Cost is $15 per person. Pay at the door with cash or Venmo.
Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to check in and get settled. For safety reasons, doors may be locked after start time.
