A guided embodiment dance experience blending choreography with freestyle expression. This class fuses hip hop, jazz, afro-carribean modern dance practices and even a few of the latest tiktoks, with a little twerk on the side to help you build confidence, connect to your body, and have fun. Structured like a dance class but infused with somatic awareness and freedom—because your body is your ultimate instructor, and Dani is your guide to help you learn how to shake sumn 😌✨
