Come join us for a fun and energizing event at St. Luke's Neighbourhood Trust! Get ready to groove and move with our gentle exercise and dance session. This event is perfect for all levels and it can be done seated. We strongly encourage pesons 50+ with mobility issues who would like to improve their strength, balance and coordination. So set's get together, get active, and have a great time dancing our way to fitness. Don't miss out on this opportunity to get your body moving and your spirits lifted!
