Our weekly practice to connect to our presence, and somatic awareness. In these classes we invite the 8 Core Connexion keys to open the gates to the present moment for us. Through sensory awareness, movement, dance, transformational and creative processes we will explore our connections to ourselves, others and life itself. Please wear layered, comfortable clothing you can move in, bring water, and if you wish, your own blanket and your favourite writing/drawing materials (I always have extra materials as needed).
No experience is required. Come as you are
