Parents, guardians and caregivers play an important role in the successful transition of young people into the workforce. Our goal is to equip you to support your young adult through their employment journey. In our new Workshop series, a facilitator will walk participants step-by-step through the Family Work Readiness Toolkit (FWRT), where you will:
- Build confidence in supporting your young adult's employment journey
- Learn how to apply the FWRT at home, breaking the process into manageable steps
- Learn about different work options available to your young adult
- Gain access to resources and tools that will help guide conversations aboutemployment with your young adult.
- Connect with other parents and guardians navigating similar experiences.
