Dance is a food that our bodies and souls need - as nourishment, as a delicious elixir of connection, as a soothing balm for a busy mind, an energising tonic for the spirit, a healing salve for the wounded heart - dance is medicine.
As life continues to shift and change, how can we lean into the medicine of dance to support health & wellbeing on both an individual & collective level?

About Caitlin Wood:
As an embodied leader of creative freedom - an artist, creative therapist and conscious movement teacher - I love to guide people into a more loving relationship with their body, to inspire a deeper connection with life, and to assist people and communities in developing strong foundations of connectedness, kindness and integrity.
Caitlin is a fully qualified & well experienced Dancing Freedom facilitator and Open Floor teacher & Dancing Freedom teacher trainer. She offers classes, workshops & events in Sydney & around the world.
