About this Event
Come and join us for a magical evening of ecstatic dance, at the wonderfully atmospheric Dalston Boys Club.
Arrive from 6.30pm for a 7pm start
After some initial guidance to help you to relax and tune into your body, you will be invited to dance freely, on your own or with others: whatever feels good for you.
The live DJ set will last about 90 minutes and will include a blend of music genres from organic, afro, latin, deep, uplifting house through to techno. It will take you on a journey that will help you to access a full range of emotions; to move through any resistance from your mind or tensions in your body and completely let go into what's there for you in the moment, without the need for alcohol or other drugs.
After a closing circle, you are welcome to stay on for a social gathering by the fire: feel free to bring your own food or alternatively you can purchase a wholesome soup for just £5.
As always this is a fundraiser event, this time raising money for Medecins sans Frontieres, a neutral organisation providing much-needed international humanitarian aid.
Looking forward to dancing with you soon!
