Diana is Facilitating Dancing Freedom 3rd Sat of Month in North Narrabeen,Billarong reserve. Overlooking Narrabeen lake with easy parking off Wakehurst Parkway, lakeside. Surrounded by nature, with the option to dance outside around a fire. Dancing Freedom is a Free Form Conscious Medicine Dance. Taking you on an Elemental Wave Dance through Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether. Each element provides a unique lens through which participants can explore their physicality, emotions, passions and spiritual dimensions. By embracing the elements, dancers are invited to embark on a holistic journey self-discovery and healing with invitations to release limitations, connect deeply to self and others, celebrating the diverse tapestry of human experience. Ultimately, with the integration of these elemental themes with conscious movement, creates transformation, fostering a space for liberation, connection and authentic connection.
