Dancer Strength & Injury Prevention Program (AIM X Movement Headquarters)

Program Overview:
This is a hybrid program designed for competitive dancers ages 8 and up, combining in-studio training with an online component to support consistent progress throughout the week.

What’s Included:
*Weekly group sessions at AIM
*Training led by a strength coach with a DPT–designed curriculum
*Focus on functional strength, injury prevention, and performance
*Access to the Movement HQ app with: Video demonstrations At-home programming
*Community support for dancers and parents
