Come try out our Dance Fitness program for free on Wednesday,, Jan. 7th @ Sacred Heart CHS, 908 Lemar Blvd, Newmarket (Gym #2). Whether you're an absolute beginner or a seasoned pro, this event is perfect for anyone looking to groove to the beat and have a great time! Our experienced instructor will guide you through various dance moves from salsa to swing and all moves in between. Our purpose is to bring back the passion in fitness, throuh dance.
