DANCEHALL FIT- A Caribbean Dance Fitness Workout that incorporates a mix of dance moves played to Dancehall, Reggae, Soca, Reggaeton & Calypso music and Beats. When the music hits, you wouldn't want to stop!!! DANCEHALL FIT uplifts your spirits, burns calories, tones the body, and makes you feel sexy and energized. You will have FUN, FUN & MORE FUN!!
We currently teach the class for Medical Clinics, Insurance Companies, Community Centers, Non-Profits, Community Events, Conferences, Health Fairs, Festivals, Resorts to name a few. It's a fun class that brings a feel of the Caribbean vibe and is well received by the masses.
