If so, I invite you to join my freeform dance class, "Dance Yourself Free."
Many of us wish to be more embodied and present in our lives, yet we often find few opportunities to truly practice it.
"Dance Yourself Free" offers you a space to do just that.
It’s a chance to embrace your authentic self, to move without judgment, and to discover the freedom that comes from letting go of the narratives that hold you back while giving space and attention to your body.
I will guide you through a transformative movement journey, where you will experience the power of playing with your body, dance, and instincts.
Also, let us remember that: the path to a free world begins with embodying freedom in oneself.

PRACTICAL INFOS:
YOU don't have to be an experienced dancer or "mover" to join this lab. You simply must want to explore yourself and your body in motion. All human beings are welcome in this space.
The aim of this lab is for you to remember your innate power of freedom and to play with this experience in movement, alone and with the group that will gather in each class.

We start the latest at 18:05, so make sure to arrive 5 minutes before 18:00, as not to delay the whole process.
