As we prepare to cross the threshold into the New year, let us journey into the deep wisdom and magic of the body and spirit—where:

In this immersive workshop, we’ll soften into our natural, true self and rediscover the pulse that lives inside every bone.
Guided by skilled facilitators and supported by nourishing community, we’ll explore how rhythm, breath, energy, and intuitive motion can restore balance, open creativity, and reconnect us with the grounded vitality that lives within.
During this healing and enlivening journey, we will:
• Root Down Deep
Begin with breath, grounding, and gentle somatic warm-ups to awaken sensation, presence, and embodied listening.
• Activate Rhythm
Enter the inner pulse through organic, easeful movement explorations that invite the body to follow its own natural cadence.
• Explore Connection
Attune to self, the energy within, around, and with one another through relational movement, rhythmic dialogue, and expansive presence practices.
• Open Expression
Explore your internal landscape, unlock creativity, authenticity, and the expressive vocabulary of the moving body and magic within.
• Integrate
Settle into restorative stillness, basking in loving reflection, allowing the body to absorb the experience and carry wisdom forward into the New Year.
This workshop is an invitation to move at your own pace, listen deeply, and rediscover the joy and clarity that arise when we reconnect with the body’s innate wisdom.
No prior dance experience is needed—only curiosity and a willingness to explore.

Meet your Facilitators:
Saffire Bouchelion is an Embodyologist, a deeply devoted Rhythmatist, and a Music/Movement Alchemist who sources the love, joy and healing of Spirit into all that he does. Be it classes, workshops, or performances, Saffire’s commitments to service is clear and inspiring. As a First Degree Black Belt, he has taught Nia, and his Dance into Being Workshops, in over 17 countries. As a professional percussionist he has performed on over 47 recording projects, had bands open for numerous International acts, and holds weekly Drumming sessions, for both groups and private students. Erika Merz of Rise Up with H’ART is a visionary artist, Energy Dancer, facilitator, and activist. With over 25 years in martial arts and ecstatic dance, she facilitates Energy Dance Ceremonies—immersive journeys that blend the wisdom of energy work, intention and visualization together with free-form movement. Participants often experience lasting transformation, reclaiming dance as a tool for transformation - deep healing, awakening spiritual gifts, and clarifying life purpose.
