Drawing inspiration from her Grenadian heritage, Keisha Bridgeman infuses her classes with the energy of Soca music, encouraging confidence and freedom of movement. With 15 years of experience, Bridgeman has showcased SocaFit USA at various events, including "Married at First Sight" and the UniverSoul Circus.
