Rhythms and Reps: is a high-energy dance fitness class designed to get your heart pumping while moving to global beats.
Over the course of six weeks, you'll experience the vibrant rhythms of bachata, salsa, cumbia, reggaeton, soca, hip hop, and even burlesque. Each session blends fun dance choreography with strength-focused moves, ensuring a full-body workout that tones muscles and burns calories.
Whether you're looking to improve endurance, coordination, or simply shake off stress, this class will leave you feeling empowered and energized. No dance experience is required, just a desire to move and have fun! Expect a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere where we combine fitness and fun.

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR: Tiffany Hudson
After years of stepping away from the dance floor, I'm coming out of retirement to lead this 6-week "Rhythms and Reps" program!
Dance has always been my way of expressing myself and releasing emotions, and it's time to share that passion with you again.
So many of you have asked for this return, and now it's happening! I can't wait to bring back the joy, freedom, and energy that comes with every move. Let’s get ready to dance, sweat, and connect through rhythm and movement.

The 6 Week Individual commitment is: $150 (+ eventbrite fees)
Attend 6 Weeks with a friend $222(+ eventbrite fees) SAVE 25%
The first class begins MON NOV 4th @6:30pm and final class is DEC 9th 2024.
Each class will be held every Monday @ Perfect Form Training Studio in Ajax at 5:30pm.
