Dance with a Difference is all about mobility, and sessions are designed to help with balance, strength, movement, and coordination. Take part seated or in a standing position and learn a range of dances to music. All welcome -men, women, all ages and abilities, for a new, fun and enjoyable activity delivered by expert tuition at the Village Hall.
