This is an invitation to explore, to move, and to exercise regularly outside of a gym!
Every Friday from 7-9pm
Burnside Town Hall (Corner or Portrush road and Greenhill road - up the stairs - follow the candles)
A clean, conscious, drug- and alcohol-free space.
Barefoot or indoor shoes only.
Please bring layers of clothes and a water bottle

We come together with care, respect, and openness.
All ages are welcome, and all of you is welcome here.
On the dance floor, we communicate through our bodies.
There is no talking, allowing the busy mind to soften so you can gently drop into the wisdom of your body.
Our sound system is rich and immersive, and our DJs are deeply attuned, guiding you on a journey through rhythms, genres, emotions, and feeling.
There will also be a beautiful chill-out space, warm lighting, and room to simply be.
We dance barefoot, or in dedicated indoor shoes.
We cannot wait to share this weekly practice with you!
