Our Dance Therapy workshop is designed to promote emotional healing and self expression through the art of movement.Participants will initially be guided through a series of structured and improvisational dance activities and movements aimed at fostering liberating confidence in a welcoming, non judgemental environment.
DJ Bruddah Barry will provide the music that he has carefully selected to take us all on a beautiful journey.
